Shiona Baird, born September 14, 1946, in Hereford, England is a Green Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) and co-convener of the Scottish Green Party.

Before election as a MSP in 2003 for the North East Scotland region she worked on her family farm near Dundee. She is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh. She is a member of the Scottish Parliament Enterprise Committee and Scottish Greens Spokeswoman on enterprise, waste and energy issues.
