Shingo Takagi (鷹木信悟, born November 21, 1982 in Yamanashi) is a former Japanese bodybuilder, turned professional wrestler. Shingo is currently competing for the Japanese promotion Dragon Gate and the American promotion Ring of Honor. He is one half of the current ROH World Tag Team Champions with Naruki Doi.

Takagi debuted on October 3, 2004 as the first graduate of the Dragon Gate Dojo. He is also a graduate of the Animal Hamaguchi Dojo.
Takagi won the 2005 Wrestling Observer Rookie of the Year award, ahead of Christy Hemme, Go Shiosaki, Daniel Puder, Bobby Lashley, Akebono and Mike Mizanin.
In Dragon Gate, Takagi became a member of the Blood Generation stable. From there he, along with several other Dragon Gate wrestlers, began wrestling for Ring of Honor in America. Shingo made several ROH appearances before becoming a regular wrestler in ROH in late 2006. He became one half of the ROH World Tag Team Champions on March 3, 2007, with Naruki Doi, beating the Briscoe Brothers in Liverpool, England.
