Shine A Little Love is a Song by the Electric Light Orchestra.
The song is the first track on their 1979 LP "Discovery". This was the band's most commercial single to date, Far removed from their Prog Rock beginnings at the start of the 1970's. Subsequently it became one of their biggest worldwide hits.
Careful listening reveals that the background riffs contain sound samples taken from the Galaxian video game[citation needed].
