Shigeru Tamura (illustrator)

Shigeru Tamura is a Japanese illustrator, animator and mangaka.

His animated works have included The Glassy Ocean, Ursa Minor Blue and Phantasmagoria.

He has also contributed to the now-defunct comic magazine Garo.
