Shigeo Shiba

Shigeo Shiba (シバ シゲオ - Shiba Shigeo) a.k.a Shige-san (シゲさん) is one of the main characters from the anime series "Mobile Police Patlabor".

Shigeo Shiba was the second in command to Chief Seitaroh Sakaki, and eventually replaces him when he retires. A total gearhead, he loves his job, probably a little too much as he can be very hard to relax when he gets fired up. Shige is good friends with Asuma Shinohara.
