Nephrite, Zoisite, Jadeite, and Kunzite; characters from the Sailor Moonmanga, as drawn and copyrighted by Naoko Takeuchi. This image is a scan from Act 13 of the manga and was found at The Oracle. The text was removed by the uploader using GIMP.

it is a low-resolution scan from a Sailor Moon art book;
