Sheree Murphy (born 22 August 1975, Islington, North London), is an English actress and television presenter.

She is best known for her role as Tricia Dingle in the ITV1 soap opera Emmerdale, who she played from 1998 until 2004. It was announced in late 2003 that Sheree would leave Emmerdale in December 2004, so that she could spend more time with her family and two young children. She was killed off in a big New Year storyline.

In November and December 2005 Sheree, or 'Smurf' as she was nicknamed, appeared in the ITV Reality show I'm a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here! and was well received by contestants and viewers alike, finishing second to Carol Thatcher. She was noted for being "scared of everything", and for her sweet persona; as well as embarrassing her husband Harry Kewell with comments such as "he's got a peachy bum".

Since appearing in the show she has attracted a lot of attention from various sources, including producers of American Soap-Comedy Desperate Housewives who reportedly thought that on the show they would find her English accent cute.

In both 2005 and 2006 Murphy presented ITV2's coverage of The British soap awards.

She is currently host of Footballers' Cribs on MTV UK and VH1 UK, and has recently started presenting on ITV1's lunchtime show Loose Women.

During the run of the ITV reality show I'm a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here!, Sheree presented the ITV1 spin-off series for series 6, I'm a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here! Exclusive with Phillip Schofield.

In January 2007, Sheree co-hosted ITV2's Soapstar Superstar: Bonus Tracks with Mark Durden-Smith.

A former student of the prestigious Italia Conti Academy Murphy's other acting credits include The Royal and Only Fools and Horses.
