Shenyang Institute of Chemical Technology (沈阳化工学院) is a university in Shenyang, Liaoning, China under the provincial government.

It teaches chemical and computer engineering to both national and foreign students. The university is affiliated with the Canadian Cousel for Professionals (CCPE).
