Shelby County Airport (IATA: EET, ICAO: KEET) is a public airport located in Calera, four miles (6 km) southeast of the central business district (CBD) of Alabaster, a city in Shelby County, Alabama, United States.

[edit] Plane crash
On September 23, 2006, a Beechcraft Bonanza F-33 crashed just before the start of an airshow. The pilot was giving rides to the public and had two passengers aboard. All aboard were killed. The passengers included a father and his 11-year-old son [1].
