"She's Nineteen Years Old" is a blues song by Muddy Waters. It was released live on his 1979 album Muddy "Mississippi" Waters Live.

Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant was known to ad-lib the lyrics to this song (along with those to other Muddy Waters songs) during early live performances.
