Shawn, To answer your question "Who says what the right format is?"...This is a community of 100s of users. We have all worked together to create certain standards for formatting. Please check out the manual of style, the guide to layout and Wikipedia:Help. You can always pose your questions at the Village pump. Kingturtle 06:48, 5 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Shawn, I did a google search for "except for a very big word we sometimes have. Like the word philosopher" (including the quotation marks)...and it came up with one result. Kingturtle 07:07, 5 Nov 2003 (UTC)
