I just figured I would make this clear - I use a public computer that had a message about vandalism on it. I don't know if it's a rule or whatever, but if there is vandalism from this IP, I would appreciate it if no action were taken against THIS account. By all means, block the computer. I plan on getting a home computer shortly, which will solve this problem. I have always wanted a wikipedia account, and I figured this woud be a good time to create one.
