- PS: Thanks for your contributions to Nipomo, California. I "Wikified" the formatting, and removed the phone numbers. Modern life and encyclopedias being what they are, we don't list phone numbers for anyone. I hope you didn't go to too much trouble getting them. Cheers, -Will Beback 09:00, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
I can not seem to get my picture to work properly on my userpage.
- Well, it seems that the image you are trying to put doesn't exist. Did you mean to put Image:ShaneB01.jpg instead? GeorgeMoney (talk) 06:09, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

- I see that you got it working. Cheers! GeorgeMoney (talk) 06:11, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia is not a crystal ball
Hello. I was wondering if there was any particular reason you copy/pasted that section from WWIN to create a new page. There was no edit summary and I don't see discussion of it on your talk page or the policy talk page. Would it be okay if I tagged that page for deletion? Thank you. SWAdair 06:09, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- I see. There were 148 redlinks pointing to that page. That's why. I created a redirect at that page name to the policy page. It could very well get deleted as a cross-space redirect out of article space, but I think with that many pages pointing to it, it would be useful. We'll see. At least I understand why, now. Thank you. SWAdair 04:17, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Dalley.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Dalley.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 09:00, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Gary Mule Deer
Shane,
As the above comment indicates, adding copyrighted text to Wikipedia articles is not what the kids would call "cool". I removed your additions to Gary Mule Deer because they were largely the contents of sites with a vested interest in promoting Mr. Mule Deer. Please feel free to add back relevant, original content to the article, but try to make it read like an encyclopedia article rather than a bulletin board advert. I worked hard to clean it up to prevent its deletion, including removing the laundry list of appearances and copyrighted text. Swarthington (how swarthy are you?) 20:12, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
