A "jerk of all trades" and master of none, 'Shaikoten' (an ambiguously asian sounding internet psuedonym for a guy named 'Ben Bradford') works from 9 to 5 every weekday, then comes home and lives his life. He was born December 13, 1986 in Providence, Rhode Island.

Though he attended a community college briefly, he left considering it a waste of his time and money on slow learning and teaching methods and arbitrary subjects that bored him. This was probably a dumb decision. He currently works publishing catalogs.

Shaikoten has many of these, therefore he never gets anything done. These are just a scant few.

• Creator, owner, project lead, and small scale coder and builder for a MUD based on Cowboy Bebop. Link Here. Maintainer of the wiki for said MUD.

• Artistic work, with cartooning at the forefront of this. Highly profecient in Photoshop, GIMP, and Adobe Illustrator. Learning to animate in Macromedia Flash. Experienced in work skinning GUIs.

• Experienced in low-res pallet restricted textures and pixel art and animation of said art for use in video games. Also experienced in map design, scripting, and voice acting. It should be mentioned that this experience is from Doom 2 modding.

• Web design, having done work for many mid-sized to small businesses and town/school governments.

• Philosophy, spends far too much time reading or listening to books and essays. Also enjoys writing and contributing to such.

• History, see above, with exception to contribution.

• Current Events and politics, see above.

• Music, is described by many as an "audiophile," usually carrying on hand portable sound systems of worth far over $1,000 USD. A keen interest in all types of music, though with a more pronounced interest in Avant Garde and experimental/fusion genres. Anything that sounds different and is challenging to the mind.

• Songwriting, though mostly scat, beatboxing, and an odd kind of vocal instrumentation. Not formally trained in music in any way.

• In terms of mindless entertainment, First Person Shooters and Airsoft are valued sports, and Shaikoten also game masters 6D Star Wars Roleplaying Game games on IRC with members of the Doom community. (oftc.net #swrpg) Television and movies are not a large factor of Shaikoten's life, but he does find time for the occasional witty comedy Arrested Development, Father Ted, and Monty Python or the very rare epic movie. All other time glued to the television is History Channel or Documentary related, and done while multitasking.

Great, now that that third person stuff is over with I can write normally. I do not contribute extremely regularly to Wikipedia, though I fill in the blanks I see in the few articles I am knowledgable about, correct errors grammatically or otherwise, and revert vandalism I might see in the recent changes.

My heaviest contributions include local affairs that I am knowledgable of, mainly articles regarding the towns and history of North-Eastern Connecticut. I also contribute to articles regarding First Person Shooters.
