There was really very little information regarding this award - past winners would be a good place to start. The rules have been removed as they appear to be nothing more than an ad for the CPA (entry fees and the like). Can't think of one other Wikipedia entry that provides a similar list as to how one might enter (including to which organization one is expected to cut a cheque). --Victoriagirl 04:05, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

I think the piece is really coming together. If I may offer advice, other Wikipedia award pages list winners in chronological order. Most provide each year's nominees. Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize provides a good example, I think.--Victoriagirl 17:25, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
