Talk:Shanghai Disneyland Resort

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hey Evan I was quite surprised when I discovered the author of this article. Firstly, the resort has not been confirmed by the Chinese Government or the Walt Disney Company, the only two bodies that have authority to do so. You would be right at the bottom of my list of people who write articles based on rumours. Anyway, the rumours will probably become fact, you know what Disney are like, so I have kept the article and adjusted some of the statements so it is made pretty clear the resort is just rumour, no matter what Iger may have hinted. Anyway, how come you never come on MSN Messenger anymore? The people who I have just vacationed with were discussing with my mum the option of touring California next year in July - I suppose that includes a trip to Disneyland of course, but it seems appropriate to inform you that this is just rumour. But, even if I don't make it next year, my friend has recently returned from just that, a tour of California, and brought me some Golden Ears back! I can send you a pic of me wearing them the next time you go on MSN. Speak soon --Speedway 16:45, August 27, 2005 (UTC)

  • Hey, Speedway. I started the article because in the Yahoo! article I put as a reference made it sound pretty official. I didn't know that it was only a rumor. Sorry about that. And I don't use any instant messengers anymore. Sorry. You can use the MouseStreet Message Boards, though. TTYL --Evanwohrman 20:21, August 27, 2005 (UTC)
