[edit] Non-neutral
I've tagged the article as being non-neutral mostly for the last two paragraphs of the history section, about the decline of the franchise operation. Commentary about how central management alienated franchisees and customers really needs to be sourced, and some sources indicating that this was really the cause of the company's business decline are needed. Explanations for business decline from the central management would be beneficial too. CDC (talk) 22:11, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Shakey's Website
I get a "Forbidden" message when trying to access the company web page US 71 03:03, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
In Japan, a franchisee of Shakey's transfered from "Kirin Dining" to "R & K Food Service" since 2005.(http://www.rkfs.co.jp/)
Kirin Beer (one of Japanese 4 major Breweries[1]) invests both companies, R & K is also invested from Royal Holdings[2]. (The Pioneer of Food Business in Japan)
[edit] No more buffets
I heard that Shakey's recently made the decision not to operate any more buffets. 172.165.48.124 04:52, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] SNIFF
Used to eat Shakey's pizza in Modesto California when they were waaaaay out at the end of McHenry Avenue. Sure was good pizza!!!!! I turned into a blob of blubber due to eating there so much. I could eat an entire large pizza without help from anybody!!!! Sniff. Joined the Navy and wandered down the main drag of Olongapo Philipines and, what did I see? A Shakey's pizza joint. Groovy!!!!!!!! I want one of their pizzas NOW but there ain't any in Nebraska that I know of. Sniff.68.13.191.153 20:43, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
