Where did the designation "Battlecrab" come from anyway? I know it's pretty much universaly used these days (I've seen JMS himself use it in a newsgroup article), but as far as I know it's never actualy used in the series itself. The ships are always refeered to simply as "Shadow vessels" and descriptions are usualy along the lines of "giant black spiders". So where did the "crab" come from?
