Shawnee Smith (b. July 3, 1970 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, USA) is an American actress. As well as the many films and television shows in which she has appeared, Smith was a lead singer for a band called "Fydolla Ho", with which she toured the USA and the UK.

Smith's first appearance in a feature film was in the 1982 film adaptation of the play Annie. Several years later, she starred in the hit 1987 comedy film Summer School as the pregnant teen Rhonda Altobello and in the 1988 remake of the Steve McQueen classic The Blob as Meg Penny. She is also well known for her role in the 2004 horror film Saw as Amanda Young, reprising the role for the sequel, Saw II. In the DVD commentary of Saw II, it was revealed that Shawnee was four months pregnant with her second child during filming. Smith also reprised her role in the second sequel Saw III.

She has appeared in a number of television roles. In an episode of the 80's hit Married with Children, she played a tease over whom Al's son Bud flipped his lid. Smith's best-known television role was Linda, an air-headed nurse's aide, on the CBS hit comedy series Becker. Another well-known role was the bat-faced girl Julie Lawry in the 1994 miniseries The Stand, based on the book by author Stephen King.

Besides her recurring role on Becker, Shawnee Smith made several guest appearances on television shows, such as Cagney & Lacey, Murder, She Wrote, The X-Files, Players and loaned her voice for an episode of the Disney cartoon Kim Possible as Vivian Porter.
