Shaud Williams (born October 2, 1980 in Andrews, Texas) is an American football running back with the Buffalo Bills. He began college at Texas Tech, but transferred to the University of Alabama in 2001. He was not selected in the NFL Draft.

Williams is currently third on the depth chart behind Anthony Thomas and is ahead of Fred Jackson. He wears the number 36 and stands at 5'7 193 lbs. He is expected to be in the mix for this the #1 running back spot on the roster, after the team traded Willis McGahee.

Since Shaud has joined the Bills as an undrafted free agent, he has wore jersey number 40, 20, and 36.

Shaud appeared on an episode of Da Ali G Show while he was attending the University of Alabama. He was asked a series of questions by the character Bruno that implied Bruno believed Shaud to be homosexual. Shaud seemed surprised, and concluded the interview by saying, "I'm not gay, so don't come looking for me."

Shaud's high school football career rushing mark of 7,712 yds remains 9th best in Texas history.
