Shareeravadi

Shareeravadi (Malayalam: ശരീരവഡി) is a bamboo staff having a length extending from the practicer's neck to his feet. It is practiced as the first part of kolthari stage of northern style of kalari payat. It is practiced as the basics of using spear. The commands used while using Shareeravadi are same as that of using spear.
