Shar Jackson

Sharisse "Shar" Jackson (born September 4, 1976), is an American television and film actress , who is perhaps best known to be the ex-girlfriend of Kevin Federline whom he broke up with after meeting his future and now ex-wife Britney Spears. She is of African-American, Native American and Hispanic descent. Her mother is African-American and Native American while her father is Hispanic. She portrayed one of Brandy's best friends, Niecy Jackson, in the UPN show, Moesha. She had bit parts in other television shows, including UPN's Girlfriends. She has also co-starred in the Nickelodeon movie, Good Burger, with Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson and appeared in other films, such as Love & Basketball.

She is also recording an album to be released on Long Live Crime Records, an indie label in Los Angeles.

It's interesting to note that though tabloids have made Jackson's feelings towards Spears seem negative, she has never publicly spoken about her relationship with the future ex-wife of her children's father. Therefore, it is unknown if there is tension between the two women, or if they were able to put aside their differences during Spears and Federline's marriage.

Also, it may be noted that Shar and Kevin's two children have been ever less frequently seen in the press since the birth of Federline's first son with Spears, Sean, and were hardly ever seen with their father or stepmother publicly since.

Shar Jackson started acting, since she was just 3 years old, when she went to Al Fann Theatrical Ensemble. When she went to Private School, she started to model with some big agencies. However, when she was just 11 years old, she decided she was just going to focus on acting, because of Al Fann Theatrical Ensemble she was put in national commercials and had many guest start roles in, Roc, My So-Called Life, Hangin' With Mr. Cooper, and The Steve Harvey Show.

Jackson has two children with her former high school boyfriend. Their son, Donnie, was born in 1993 and their daughter, Cassie, was born in 1995. She was in a relationship with dancer-rapper, Kevin Federline, who later married pop singer Britney Spears (who filed for divorce from him on November 7, 2006). She has two children with Federline--a daughter, Kori, born on July 31, 2002, and a son, Kaleb, born on July 20, 2004. Kaleb was born to Shar while Federline was engaged to Spears.
