Shannon Rempel (born on November 26, 1984 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian speed skater.
Rempel was a silver medalist in the 1000m at the 2004 World Cup in Harbin, China. In 2004 she was a silver medalist at the world junior championships, and in 2003 she was a world junior champion. At the 2001 world junior championships she won a silver in the 500m and a bronze in the 1000m. She holds the World Junior record for the 500m.
In the 2006 Winter Olympics, Rempel was part of the silver-medal winning Canadian women's pursuit team.
