Shannon McNeill (born September 15, 1976 in Wilkesboro, North Carolina), better known as Nitro Girl Baby, was a dancer for the World Championship Wrestling's Nitro Girls and valet.

McNeill graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in special education. She was a Charlotte Hornets basketball team cheerleader (Honeybee) before becoming a member of the Nitro Girls in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 2000.

For a few months in 2000, she was also the valet, along with Nitro Girl Chameleon for "Champagne" Chris Kanyon. She was also one of Stacy Keibler's bridesmaids in the "wedding" that fell apart with David Flair in September.

McNeill left the Nitro Girls and WCW near the end of 2000 to go back to college.
