Shahindej

Shahindej (in Kurdish: Sayin Qela ) is a city in West Azarbaijan Province, northwestern Iran, with more than 43 000 inhabitants[1], southeast of Lake Urmia about 1,300 metres above sea level.
The population of Shahindej is Kurdish and Azeri.[2][3]
