Sha'ab (Arabic: شعبŠaʻab) is an Arab town (local council) in the North District of Israel. It has about 6,400 dunams (6.4 km²) of land under its jurisdiction and in 2003 had a population 5,600.

It was captured by Israel in the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, but left intact. Some of its population fled, but was allowed to return to Israel later.
