I have retagged the picture with what I believe to be the correct tag. This is certainly a "historic photo" as it is the follow-up photograph published in National Geographic Magazine after a 15-year search for the original "Afghan Girl" - the subject of one of the most well-known photographs in history.[1] --ClintFord 19:01, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
