[edit] Banned for legal threats - not a threat a promise

I have blocked you indefinitely for the legal threats you are accused of making towards Adam Carr, as per our policy. Please resolve these off-wiki - only then may you return; email me if/when you wish so to do.

James F. (talk) 02:54, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

That was stupid. I used email and my lawyer on this and you block me? No legeal threats went through WP at all. Show proof. --Scott Grayban 12:06, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

I have contacted the EFF Attorney's regarding Wikipedia's censorship of private emails and blocking users that use email in order to defend themselves from slander that originates on Wikipedia sites, projects, and talkpages which violates my right to free speech, right to defend and right to pursue legal means to stop Wikipedians from any legal recourse. If Wikipedia intends on keeping this illegal block so be it. It only only benifit my legal stand on private email being censored here. --Scott Grayban 16:11, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

Using the Wikipedia email feature is a clear use of Wikipedia as a channel for making legal threats. Further, your above talk page post constitutes a legal threat in and of itself, in addition to your "not a threat a promise" heading and edit summary stating "EFF Attorney's have been notified of illegal censorship by Wikipedia."
Note to admins: I suggest that this talk page be protected so that it cannot be used as a means of posting threats while this user is blocked. 172 | Talk 17:30, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
I've removed the unblock request, as per James, please resolve the legal matters off-wiki after which you are welcome to return. .:.Jareth.:. babelfish 18:08, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

Email was sent off-wiki and never went though Wiki at all. Adam Carr's email user function returns a error stating that the user has set no-email address or the user does not want email from other users. Because of that this block was illegal in every sense of that word and over-steps the boundry of Wikipedia by allowing a email to been reposted[1] by Adam Carr and the rouge Admin above to use that as means to block me and prevent me from defending myself. The discussion of this is here and here. I was unblocked by Admin Jay 02:25, 4 May 2006 (UTC) --Scott Grayban 03:32, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Legal threats

This user has contacted me and hinted at legal action directly against the Wikimedia Foundation. Any further information should be passed on to User:Danny or me.--BradPatrick 14:06, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked again

Per our policy on legal threats and this edit, you are blocked until your legal action is concluded or withdrawn. Leave a message with the {{unblock}} template when this happens. --Sam Blanning(talk) 08:51, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

I wont be asking for a unblock. The edit was archived if you had looked above. And now each and every admin that has supported this block will be named in my lawsuit, I am not kidding on this. Wikipedia has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to monitor emails sent, I never violated any wikipedia policy and even if it does according to your thinking its illegal. Better read the laws on email privacy because I have become Wikimedia & Wikipedia's worse nightmare. Mr. Carr I am coming and you can't stop me no matter how many trolling admin back you here. --71.32.15.193 12:30, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
BTW watch my blog[2] and The Miami Herald[3] because when I am done wikimedia and all you lowlife admin will be owned by me for violating my right to privacy and illegal use of private information. --71.32.15.193 12:42, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

Unblock request denied. --Sam Blanning(talk) 14:07, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
