Imperial Confederation of Planets

Loyal family lines from Earth, Vulcan, Andor, Kazons, and Q'onos

Families are given control of large sectors of the new ICP territories and titlements

Confederation led by an Emperor with help from Prime Regent and Council of Regents

The Imperial Cabinet of Ministers administrate the ICP

Each partner government in the new ICP is given Defense Fleets

Confederation officers will be commanding the ships

Required to carry Borg marine Units which are controlled by the Ship's Political Officer.
