I have re-worked this page and added some uncited information. I have reduced the POV a bit (i think) and removed the obvious advertising about one particular centre.

I am unsure of the list at the end of the page: I don't think it's advertising as it does list a significant number of surgeons doing SRS. However, it is a large number of links, which is a WP:NOT issue.

P.S. I have left the rating at Start class however I think it might be closer to a stub.
