SEXGAY.tv is an Italian television channel that is avaibale across Europe and the Middle East. It broadcasts gay male pornography.

SexGay.tv operated in the early 2000's but has not brodcast for several years now. Its owners sold the station on and it has now been replaced by SCTGay.

The curious thing about being able to view this Gay satellite TV station is that you must subscribe to a bundle of 17 or 22 porn channels all of which deal with straight or heterosexual sex. Rather surprisingly it is not marketed as a stand alone service to the Gay community.
