I love this poem. Basically, metaphors are used throughout the poem. Though I am not sure if this poem is in iambic pentameter, but i think it is.
I love the poem too. It's actually an extended metaphor of the first line, if you see what I mean. Oh, and I don't think it's in iambic pentameter because its entirely blank verse.
Blank verse IS (unrhymed) iambic pentameter.
Actually, blank verse is any unrhymed verse, such as iambic octameter or trochaic pentameter.
