Sevagram

Sevagram is Hindi for "A village for service" and the name of a village in the state of Maharashtra, India. This was the place of Mohandas Gandhi's (Gandhiji) ashram.

Now this tiny town is the base for a medical school and an engineering college.

The Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences operates in Sevagram.
