Settefrati is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Frosinone in the Italian region Lazio, located about 120 km east of Rome and about 40 km east of Frosinone. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 843 and an area of 50.6 km2.[1]
Settefrati borders the following municipalities: Barrea, Civitella Alfedena, Gallinaro, Opi, Picinisco, San Donato Val di Comino.
Settefrati is a sister city of Stamford, Connecticut.[2]
