[edit] The problem with "light-hearted"
Serjeant, the problem with "light-hearted" is that it implies that the source is not reliable. If the source isn't reliable, it, and the text it supports, should not be in the article. I see no reason to doubt the reliability of the source in this case. The article was not a serious examination of Odone's past, but there is no reason to believe The Independent would allow the article to contain potentially defamatory remarks.
