I deleted this because he has finally decided do not cross Tibet and to cross China via Turpan and Xian
[edit] Continents
The article says he ran across five continents, but this seems a little misleading. He actually ran across every continent but Antarctica. To most Americans, that's six continents, not five. I know some Europeans consider North and South America to be one continent and some people consider Europe and Asia to be one...but it might make sense to insert a small bit of info to clear up the possible confusion.
