Servus Credit Union (until November 2006 known as Capital City Savings Credit Union) is a member-owned financial institution based out of Edmonton, Alberta and the largest credit union in the Province of Alberta.

Servus Credit Union traces its roots back to 1938, when the first credit union incorporated in Alberta began with a simple promise - to serve its members. Since then, 75 different credit unions have combined to create Servus Credit Union.

Today, Servus Credit Union serves more than 180,000 members and 27 Alberta communities spanning the province.

Capital City Savings was the name given to an amalgamation of several credit unions by the Alberta government in 1987. However recent success led to growth and significant changes to the credit union, and the name 'Capital City' no longer reflects the nature of the credit union (which now serves over 27 different cities, towns and communities and is no longer limited to Edmonton and the Capital Region). On November 1, 2006, "Capital City Savings Credit Union" was officially renamed "Servus Credit Union".
