Service apartment

Serviced apartment is a type of furnished apartment for short-term guests that provides amenities for daily use.

In the hotel industry a serviced apartment can also refer to an accommodation for long-term (extended stay) guests that is usually rented for a longer time than a hotel room.

Some of the distinguishing features of a serviced apartment are that they offer a less formal atmosphere compared to a hotel with a club-like or homely feel in many cases. They also tend to be much smaller in scale than the typical hotel in terms of the number of rooms on offer, restaurants and other facilities. Generally they also cost a lot less than a typical hotel room.
