Serramanna is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Medio Campidano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 30 km northwest of Cagliari and about 15 km south of Sanluri. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 9,443 and an area of 83.9 km2.[1]
Serramanna borders the following municipalities: Nuraminis, Samassi, Sanluri, Serrenti, Villacidro, Villasor.
