Serra da Cangalha

Serra da Cangalha is a mountain and a meteor crater (astrobleme) in the State of Tocantins, in northeastern Brazil.

The crater is between 12 and 13 km in diameter and its age is estimated to be less than 300 million years, making it Permian or younger. The crater is exposed to the surface.
