Sernancelhe (pron. IPA: [sɨɾnɐ'sɐʎ(ɨ)] or [sɨɾnɐ'seʎ(ɨ)]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 228.6 km² and a total population of 6,150 inhabitants.

The municipality is composed of 17 parishes and is located in the district Viseu.

The present mayor is José Mário Almeida Cardoso, elected by the Social Democratic Party.

The municipal holiday is May 3.
