The British government is revealed to be selling nuclear technology to the Gulf states, but that is only the beginning.
Receiving intelligence of 6 suicide bombers, and assuming that each will bring 4 more, the team concentrate on stopping them. Whilst this is happening, gunmen attack the Saudi Trade Centre, where an important nuclear deal is about to be signed between Britain and Saudi Arabia. They tie up the hostages, including Ros who was there unexpectedly.
