Sergey and Helena Rozhenko

In the fictional Star Trek universe, Sergey and Helena Rozhenko (played by Theodore Bikel and Georgia Brown respectively) are the adoptive parents of Worf. Sergey was a chief petty officer aboard the USS Intrepid who found and adopted Worf after his ship was sent to aid the Klingons after the Khitomer massacre in 2346. The Rozhenko's also had another, human son named Nikolai, featured in an episode of The Next Generation, played by Paul Sorvino. This contradicts Peter David's Starfleet Academy novel Worf's First Adventure, where his name is Simon.

Sergey and Helena lived together for awhile on the planet Gault before settling back on Earth. Later in life, Sergey, along with Helena, accepted custody of Worf's son Alexander Rozhenko.

Sergey and Helena first appeared in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Family.
