Sergey Pugachyov

Sergey Viktorovich Pugachyov (Russian: Сергей Викторович Пугачёв, b. February 4, 1963, Kostroma, Soviet Union) is a Russian banker, millionaire, and politician.

In 1992 – January 2002 he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Industrial Bank. Since December 26, 2001, Pugachyov has been the representative of the executive power branch of Tuva in the Federation Council of Russia.
