Sergey Mikhailovich Bogdanchikov (in Russian: Сергей Михайлович Богданчиков, b. August 10, 1957, in Orenburg Oblast, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman.

Since October 16, 1998 he has been the President of Rosneft. Since November 1, 2004, after Rosneft and the Gazprom oil producing facilities had merged into Gazpromneft, he has been the Director General of the latter.
