Sergei Vladimirovich Mandreko (born 1 August 1971 in Kurgan-Tyube, Tajik SSR) is a former Tajikistani-Russian football midfielder.

He was part of the Soviet team that finished third in the 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship. He was capped at senior level by CIS, Tajikistan and Russia, all of his appearances coming in friendlies.
