Serendipity (weblog software)

Serendipity is a PHP based blog and web-based content management system. Free to use, it is not fully Open Source, but claims to use a BSD"-style" license.[1] It supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLlite database backends, the Smarty templating engine, and a plug-in architecture for user contributed modifications.
