In the Star Wars Expanded Universe, The Sepan Civil War was fought between the Ripoblus and Dimok in the Sepan sector. It was Admiral Harkov who was assigned by the Emperor to bring peace to this Outer Rim territory, and eventually he did. Ironically, it had been Harkov who had fuelled the violence, as unknown to the Empire he had secretly been selling Imperial Arms to both sides throughout the conflict, thus enabling the violence to escalate. By the time the conflict was over, Harkov had made himself a very rich man.
