Senyavin Islands

The Senyavin Islands belong to the Federated States of Micronesia. They consist of a larger volcanic Pohnpei Island (about 334 sq. km) and two small atolls Ant and Pakin. They were discovered by Russian navigator Fyodor Litke in 1828 and named after Russian admiral Dmitry Senyavin.
