Senhata, Akita

Senhata (千畑町; -machi) was a town located in Senboku District, Akita, Japan. On November 1, 2004 the town merged with Rogukou and Sennan forming the town of Misato.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 8,258 and a density of 94.29 persons per km². The total area was 87.58 km².
